Home again 10-10-15

I am home from Palm Springs, but have no energy left to do pictures.  Tomorrow!  It was hotter here in Orange County than it was in Palm Springs!  Fullerton, right next door, had a high today of 103F.  Not sure what it was here.  102F sometime while I was gone.

Thank you to those who read my blog for coming to the Visions table to say hello.  I'm always happy to meet my invisible friends.

At the Oasis Quilt Show in Palm Springs 10-07-15

I am in Palm Springs tonight and the Mancuso Oasis Festival opens tomorrow.  I am helping to woman the Visions Art Museum table - passing out brochures and talking to people about Visions.  I am excited to see the "World Show" which I used to enjoy so much when I went to Pacific International Quilt Festival in Santa Clara.  I haven't  been for several years, so seeing all the wonderful quilts will be an exciting thing.  My friend Nancy Ota has a quilt in this show.  And, of course, there are hundreds of vendors.  I am not on the schedule for tomorrow so I will see the quilts and visit the vendors.  Pictures tomorrow night.
