Two online quilt auctions coming up:
The Association of Pacific West Quilters has 27 quilts with an auction September 18, 2012 at 8 am CDT and concluding September 28, 2012 at 10 pm CDT

Studio Art Quilt Associates reverse auction is in three parts – starting Sep 10 there will be a different set of quilts offered for each of three weeks. The prices decrease each day.

My personal feeling is that anyone hanging a quilt in a show that allows photography accepts that it will be photographed and quite possible posted on blogs. If this is something that the quiltmaker does not approve of they shouldn’t hang their quilts in such quilt shows. Posting images without attribution is definitely wrong and offensive. I don’t believe in the “Anonymous is a Woman” attitude. Del
