In the tradition of Japanese quilters this quilt is expertly pieced by machine and quilted by machine. I wish there had been more information about it. Where is it going from here, will it be installed at Nagoya Castle, how much does it weigh? And I wish there were enough room to take pictures from more of a distance so you could get the impact of such a piece.
There are four separate panels and I managed to photograph only three.
Left two panels.

And a closer photo of the panel that shows the mama tiger nurturing her baby.
