Cat Tale 09-15-09

(this picture is right side up!!)
This is Stanley Mahoney when he lived in Cheyenne, WY, in August 2004 - he is part Maine Coon cat and (I think) part monkey. He was up on top of the kitchen cabinets, staring down at me. He now lives in Tustin, CA. What a guy!
And he is the lead in to this wonderful cat cartoon:

Thanks for the chuckle Del. Have you ever seen any of the George Booth cat cartoons. I believe he's British but his cartoons appeared in the New Yorker for years and for some of that time ws the only reason to open it. The guy's hilarious and in this same vein of cat humor.
Goin' on vaction...see ya later!

My mother had a cat who used to 'dive bomb' her head, if she didnt get out of bed! He also told her when the jug was boiling- she had burnt out so many elements, before the days of auto shut off.

I LOVE that cat and its name is great! I don't seem to be able to open the link. There is always that wee box up in the left corner...

Dear Del,

So THAT'S how I got that black eye!

Our cats do have a special "EMERGENCY" meow when the bowl is empty--usually around 6am.

Thanks for the quilts and the laugh.
