The demise of the Art Quilt Gallery in New York.  See quilts displayed and for sale:
The ArtQuilt Gallery•NYC
We are sad and sorry to announce the closing of The ArtQuilt Gallery•NYC.  It has been an amazing 4 years and we have met many wonderful people.  Unfortunately, the expense of running the gallery could not be justified.  We wish to thank everyone who supported us in that endeavor.
Naturally, we continue to feel that this is an important, under-recognized art form, and we will continue to work to advance the art of the quilt.  As always has been the case, quilts will be displayed at our related business, The City Quilter.
