Friday Feet 11-02-18

Guess I am not really done with Friday Feet, I keep seeing more examples.  Love this one, although it is a little gross. 

These are some kind of plastic.  There was a blurb explaining them and I thought I had saved it, but can't find it anywhere in my files, nor by Googling "skin high heels".
