I have learned that Ranell Hansen's terrific quilt "Grateful Dance" was the Viewers Choice at the Coastal Quilters Santa Barbara, CA, quilt show. Nice to hear that so many of us agreed. I've always felt that Viewers Choice is a very special ribbon since it is a consensus from viewers with a wide range of quilting skills. Congratulations to Renell.

I am going to e-mail this blog post to my brother-in-law. He had a hip replacement in July and last week he rode a 100 mile bike ride.
