As requested by the class members there is no ID on these, except for mine.
This is my experiment. I put a dried up palm frond beneath the canvas and then scraped paint over it. Some liked it, I think it is ugly.
My first attempts.

Experimenting results...very important. I see one can have "mud" if not careful. Although I do like your palm frond. It provides an interesting base for a project....it might be a final over the top impression! Thank you.
