This is a deconstructed silk screen on cotton fabric that I did in a Rayna Gillman class three years ago. I made about five "pulls" and this is my favorite. The "resist" items I used include tree bark, sequin waste, bubble wrap, corrogated plastic and other "stuff".

A wonderful piece! Surprises with fabric, paint, dye, and 'stuff' are just so much fun. Will you do some surface stitching some time?
