Last evening after my nap I didn't feel like going out to eat, so I ate the berries I bought at a farm stand just off I-5 south of Beaverton. Berry Empire on Arndt Road NE - I think that is in Aurora (503-678-2244)
These were the very last of the raspberries - the lady said they pick about one half-pint box a day now and they were MINE! I added a few of the of blackberries from two little boxes I purchased and finished the rest as I was driving today. How I do love raspberries, especially fresh off the vine. I poured 1/2 & 1/2 from the coffee supply over the berries and ate them with crackers spread with cream cheese. Tasty.
